Big Wave Hellmen recommend the Grill Mount

Unlike all other GoPro mouth mounts, your airway isn’t blocked with a silicon wall forcing you to get all your air through a small hole in a snorkel mouthpiece held by your front teeth.  With the Grill Mount being held by your molars (back teeth), and no wall in front of your teeth, the footage is more stable and the airflow in and out of your mouth is completely normal. You breathe around the mount instead of trying to breathe through it.
